Is a training program in which the main focus is to improve the performance for regular persons and competitive athletes. This is achieved through the combination of strength training and aerobic training, alongside a variety of further methods.

Designed for those who want more intense training, but also diminishing the risks of injuries due to the shorter work period, this class has a positive impact on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. This is a circuit trainings with 5-8 station where people work around 30-40 minutes. Although the training is shorter than a general cardio training, it was demonstrated that it has merely same effects on losing weight.
The newest trend in sports training with the aim to increase the movement amplitude for joints and help us move more easily. In order to prevent postural deficiencies that occur due to prolonged sitting, we have created the mobility class as a remedy but also as a foundation for those who want to have an active lifestyle with no fear about certain movements.
