CLASSES

THE STRONGER ME - Dedicated to those who want to make a change in their life and want an integrated program to help with that.          

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING - Is a training program in which the main focus is to improve the performance for regular persons and competitive athletes. This is achieved through the combination of strength training and aerobic training, alongside a variety of further methods.

METCON (Beginners & Advanced) - A high-intensity metabolic conditioning class. Challenge yourself and sweat working with your bodyweight and various forms of equipment providing resistance.

         

MODULE WEIGHTLIFTING - Dedicated to those who want to improve their execution technique and increase the load used in olympic weightlifting drills.

         

GLUTE LAB - Ideal for improving your posture, preventing back pains and develop your posterior chain musculature especially your glutes.

         

HIIT - Alternating short period of intense anaerobic exercise.

 

ENDURANCE - Medium to high intensity long duration training.

MOBILITY - Targets to improve the range of motion.

FAMILY - Whole family activity.
